Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are automatically insured for up to $100 at no additional charge. If you wish to insure your package for its full value, kindly notify us in writing prior to shipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional insurance fees.

  • Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 1-7 business days depending on the shipping method chosen.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Please allow 7-12 business days for international delivery.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves our office and is in the care of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. We recommend selecting shipping insurance for high-value items to ensure your package is fully covered.

If you believe your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We can assist with initiating claims with the carrier, but please note that we are not liable for any direct costs or claims.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, including incorrect shipping address or delivery attempts, please contact us immediately. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.
