How to Place an Order

To enhance our repair and programming services and reduce errors, we have implemented some important changes. Due to a high rate of misdiagnosis, all service orders now require review and approval before being shipped to our facility. Please note that local drop-offs and pickups are not accepted unless prior arrangements have been made.

Here’s how the new process works:

  1. Complete the Form: Start by filling out the form under the "Submit New Order" tab to ensure we receive accurate information.
  2. Review and Recommendations: Our technician will review the information you provide and advise you on the necessary service or product. This process typically takes between 1 hour and 48 hours. If your order is approved, we will send you the link and mailing instructions to your email.
  3. Send Your Part: Mail your part to us according to the shipping option selected on the "Submit New Order" form. We can arrange shipping for you, or you can handle it yourself based on your choice.
  4. Service and Return: Once we receive your part, we will perform the required service and ship it back to you within the specified turnaround time. You can choose between expedited service or standard turnaround.
  5. Receive Your Part: Finally, we will ship your part back to you.
