We're here to help! Follow these simple steps to ensure your parts arrive safely.
Important: You'll Need an Authorization ID
Before sending or dropping off any parts, you'll need to get an authorization ID from us. It's easy! Just fill out our "Submit a New Order" form and we'll send you an ID right away.
We can't accept parts without this ID - it helps us track your order and ensure nothing gets lost!
How to Pack & Ship Your Parts Safely
Choose the Right Carrier
We recommend shipping with UPS or FedEx for reliable tracking and safe delivery. They handle fragile electronics well!
Always Insure Your Package
Protect yourself! Always purchase insurance for the full value of your parts. Electronics can be expensive to replace if something goes wrong during shipping.
Use a Brand New Box
Never reuse old boxes! Used boxes lose their strength and can fail during shipping. Always use a fresh, sturdy box that's the right size for your parts.
Wrap with LOTS of Bubble Wrap
Electronic parts are delicate! Use plenty of bubble wrap - we're talking at least 2-3 inches on all sides. More is always better when protecting electronics!
Include Your Authorization ID
Write your authorization ID clearly on a piece of paper and place it inside the box with your parts. Also write it on the outside of the box!
