The module does not communicate, and we have not yet checked all the fuses, grounds, and communication lines. We would like you to test the module to determine if it is functioning and whether it can communicate.

We are a professional repair shop. We have checked all the fuses, grounds, and communication lines, and there is no activity from the module. We are certain it is 'dead.' We need to either get a replacement or have this computer repaired.
