    What you receive

    A tested OEM BMW NBT head unit, programmed to your vehicle. Your VIN, original BMW activation codes (FSC) and original coding are transferred from your old unit. This is not a bypass or an emulator.

    The KAFAS and KOMBI codes are knock-on faults. They appear because navigation isn't running and clear once the head unit is fixed.

    Common causes

    • Worn-out original hard drive (about 10 years old)
    • Water damage, often from A/C vent cleaner foam
    • Software or partition corruption after a failed map update or low battery voltage
