Unlike used parts from unknown sources, which may be near the end of their lifespan and prone to early failure, our remanufactured modules are thoroughly tested for quality and performance. These parts come with a warranty, and if they fail, you won't have to pay for reprogramming again, saving you both time and money in the long run.

To program our part, we require the customer to ship the original faulty core to us. We will extract the original programming and coding files, including the VIN, mileage, key synchronization codes, and other important calibration data, and transfer them to our ECU, making it identical to your original unit. Your original ECU will be recycled for parts at our facility, and you will receive a fully functional, plug-and-play ECU, complete with warranty.

You have within 10 days to install the product and inform us if it's functioning properly. If any issues arise during this period, we'll assist you in resolving them at no cost.

Please note that after the initial 10 days, this guarantee cannot be applied, and there may be associated costs for repairs or replacements.

Symptoms of a Failing Front SAM Module

The Front SAM (Signal Acquisition Module) in a W204 typically oversees functions like the front lights (headlights, fog lights, turn signals), windshield wipers, horn, washer pump, and certain engine bay sensors (e.g., coolant level, outside temperature). When it fails, symptoms can be erratic or clustered due to its role in controlling multiple systems. Below are the most common issues:

Lighting Malfunctions

  • Headlights (especially low beams) or fog lights flickering, staying on, or not working at all.
  • Turn signals failing or operating dimly, sometimes accompanied by a faint clicking sound from relays.
  • Daytime running lights or side markers not functioning.

Wiper and Washer Problems

  • Windshield wipers refusing to turn on, getting stuck mid-cycle, or running continuously even when switched off.
  • Washer pump either not working or staying on until a fuse is pulled.

Horn Issues

  • Horn not sounding, cutting out intermittently, or producing a weak noise due to disrupted signal routing.

False Warning Messages

  • Dashboard alerts like “Low Coolant” or “Check Washer Fluid” appearing despite proper levels, due to the SAM misreading sensor data.
