To initiate the process, please complete the form on our website (Submit a new order). Once you provide the necessary information, we will contact you via email with your mailing authorization number (ID) and shipping instructions to our facility.

Remanufactured vs Used

We recommend repairing your electronic module rather than purchasing a used one. A used module may be nearing the end of its lifespan or could have the same issues as your current one. If your part is not repairable, we will inform you and offer the option of programming our refurbished original manufacturer part that we have in stock, which also comes with a warranty.
