Repair Authorization Form

I authorize ECU Maverick technicians to perform service work on my computer. I understand that ECU Maverick technicians are trained in computer software and hardware service but that ECU Maverick is not an authorized service provider and is not affiliated with any brand. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless ECU Maverick from any liability for claims or damages that may arise from the services performed on my computer, even if caused by the negligence of ECU Maverick or its agents. I also understand that ECU Maverick is not responsible for any data loss resulting from the service work performed on my computer.
