1. Testing Fee

The purpose of the bench testing service is to assess the functionality and operation of the customer's TCM, ensuring it is working within the specified parameters. We will also identify potential electrical, communication, or software issues and provide recommendations for resolving any identified problems.

3. Non-Refundable Fee

The customer understands and accepts that the bench testing fee is non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of the outcome of the testing, the TCM's functionality, or any subsequent actions taken by the customer. This fee covers the diagnostic time and expertise invested in the process.

4. Recommendations Disclaimer

The recommendations provided by ECU Maverick following the TCM bench test are for informational purposes only. The customer acknowledges that implementing or disregarding these recommendations is at their own discretion. ECU Maverick will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from these actions.

5. Service Refusal for Non-Compliance

The customer agrees that ECU Maverick reserves the right to refuse further service or repairs if the customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or engages in disrespectful or abusive behavior towards ECU Maverick staff during the testing process.

6. Acknowledgment of Terms

By proceeding with the transmission control module bench testing service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated above, specifically regarding TCM testing and diagnostics.

7. Payment Confirmation

By submitting payment online, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by ECU Maverick related to TCM bench testing services.
