Please note that if the original software is corrupted or has issues, these problems will carry over to the replacement module, which will inherit the same issues. We do not check or test the software as part of this service; the customer is only paying for the data transfer itself.

There are no additional fees. You can purchase this service, submit the form online with your information, obtain shipping approval, and mail both parts to us.
